Shipping and Returns

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on order above ₹2,500 on all domestic orders (Prepaid & COD) across India, including remote areas.

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for orders above ₹10,000 due to security reasons.

Order Processing & Delivery:

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Customized orders may require additional time.

All orders are dispatched from our centralized Lucknow Warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times:

– Tier 1 cities: 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.

– Tier 2 cities: 3 to 5 working days from dispatch.

– Tier 3 cities: 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.

Tracking Orders: Once dispatched, tracking information will be sent to your registered mobile number.

Each order is shipped to a single destination address specified at the time of placing the order.

Eligibility:

We offer a 48 hours Return or Exchange policy for unused and unworn items.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Note: There is no exchange, return, or replacement policy on international orders.

Conditions:

Returns are accepted only if the product is returned in the original box with our invoice.

Products should be new or in unused condition without any scratches, marks, or damage.

Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged are not eligible for refund/exchange and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care. We will arrange a return shipment from the original delivery address.

For areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, customers may need to ship the product back to us at their expense.

Cancellations Policy

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care at +919999 XXXXX as soon as possible with your order number.

Orders can be cancelled and refunded if they have not been processed.

If your order has been dispatched:

  – COD Orders: You may choose not to accept the delivery; the product will be returned to us.

  – Prepaid Orders: Accept the delivery and then initiate a return for a refund

Exceptions:

Products with any kind of customization (e.g., engraving or bespoke designs) cannot be cancelled after placing the order.
